By installing or using Ctrl+X, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the extension.

License

AvertXAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ctrl+X for personal or internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the extension without written permission from AvertXAI.

No Warranty

Ctrl+X is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AvertXAI makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, feature availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvertXAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ctrl+X, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or device damage.

Changes to Terms

AvertXAI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Ctrl+X after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
